Unrestricted free agent Derrick Rose has reportedly agreed to a two-year, $15 million deal with the Detroit Pistons, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Rose enjoyed a resurgent year in Minnesota, appearing in 51 games (13 starts), providing a scoring punch off the bench with averages of 18 points and 4.3 assists per game on 48.2 percent shooting from the field and 37.0 percent the three-point line.

The 30-year-old produced one of the performances of the season in 2018/19, scoring a career-high 50 points in a 128-125 win over the Utah Jazz in October, the first 50-point game of his career.

Rose, who is entering his 11th season addresses the Pistons' need for an additional playmaker and scoring option to team with Blake Griffin, Reggie Jackson and Andre Drummond,

Players can negotiate agreements with teams on July 1st but contracts can't be officially signed until the new league year begins on July 7.
