NBA Finals 2020: NBA unveils new court design for 2020 NBA Finals image

When the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Miami Heat for Game 1 of the 2020 NBA Finals at the Walt Disney World Resort, they'll be gracing a new-look floor.

The NBA has unveiled its new court design that will be used during the 2020 NBA Finals Presented by YouTube TV, providing a slightly different look from the floor that was used during seeding games and the first three rounds of the playoffs.

New design elements on the court include the addition of the 2020 NBA Finals Presented by YouTube TV logo at centre court in addition to Walt Disney World script written outside opposing lane lines on each side of the court.

One design element that has remained the same is the inclusion of "Black Lives Matter" text that is featured above the midcourt NBA Finals logo. The baselines also feature the artwork of the Larry O'Brien Trophy in red and blue, respectively.

The 2020 NBA Finals Presented by YouTube TV tips off on Thursday, Oct. 1 at 6:30 a.m. on Sony SIX.
