The Golden State Warriors level the series at 1-1 after a thrilling 109-104 win on the road over the Toronto Raptors.

After trailing by five points at half-time, the Warriors opened up the third quarter on an 18-0 run to take control of the contest, holding off a late Raptors comeback to get on the board in the series.

Here are the player ratings from an enthralling Game 2 contest:

Klay Thompson - 9

Thompson had the hot hand from the jump, scoring the Warriors first nine points. He left the game midway through the fourth quarter with a hamstring injury, leading the team with 25 points.

Kawhi Leonard - 8

It was a tough night for Leonard shooting the ball, but his consistent aggression with the ball in his hands set the tone for the Raptors. He finished with a game-high 34 points and 14 rebounds, making a living at the free throw line, going a perfect 16-of-16.

He added three assists, but turned the ball over five times.

Fred VanVleet - 8

VanVleet continues to impress off the bench for the Raptors, dropping 17 points on 7-of-17 shooting. He put in a strong performance on the defensive end shadowing Steph Curry, finishing with three steals on the night.

Draymond Green - 8

Another fantastic two-way performance from Draymond Green, who came up with some big defensive plays down the stretch in the fourth quarter. He fell just one assist shy of recording back-to-back triple-doubles with 17 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists.

DeMarcus Cousins - 8

Cousins got the start in Game 2 and made a monstrous impact, especially during the Warriors third quarter run, where they outscored the Raptors 34-21.

In 28 minutes in Game 2, he recorded 11 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and two blocks, stifling the Raptors at the rim with his physical presence.

Steph Curry - 7

Curry struggled to shake off the Raptors' defensive attention in Game 2, but he did find a burst of scoring in the final four minutes of the second quarter, scoring 12 of his 23 points to help cut the Raptors lead to just five points at the half.

Andre Iguodala - 7

When the Warriors needed it most, Iguodala stepped up with the late dagger three to ice the game after the Raptors forced the ball out of Steph Curry's hands.

Andrew Bogut - 7

Bogut entered the game in the third quarter and made his presence felt right away with three alley-oop jams for his six points on the night.

He played just seven minutes in Game 2, but expect to see more of him back on the Warriors home floor in Games 3 and 4.

Pascal Siakam - 6

It was a tough night out for Siakam who felt the full force of Draymond Green's defence, finishing with just 12 points after a monster Game 1.

When guarded by Green, Siakam managed just one point on 0-of-6 shooting.

Kyle Lowry - 5

Foul trouble limited Lowry to just 28 minutes of action in Game 2. He eventually picked up his sixth foul with just under four minutes to play, letting a huge opportunity slip with the Raptors getting to within two points with under 30 seconds left.
