With the regular season suspended indefinitely, we're left without our daily NBA fix. In order to try and fill that vacancy in your life, we're here to give you a simulated version of the real NBA schedule on NBA 2K20 each day!

With the rest of last week unaccounted for, we're picking things up this week with daily updates to follow.

Below, we have you covered with today's schedule, top performers, obscure stat lines, key results, other news and an updated playoff picture!

Key wins, losses, upsets

• The highly anticipated first meeting between the Celtics and Kyrie Irving went in Boston's favour despite 34 points from their former superstar guard. The Celtics were able to prevent Caris LeVert from looking like Michael Jordan this time around and now they're just two games back from the Toronto Raptors for the No. 2 seed in the East with 12 games to go.

• With a 76ers win and Pacers loss, Philly is now just a half-game back from jumping Indy for the No. 5 seed in the East. Both the Raptors and Celtics watch from afar, hoping they won't have to deal with a fully healthy Sixers squad in the first round.

• The New Orleans Pelicans were already up against a wall to try and make one last playoff push, but those hopes are just about gone. Their last hope was to beat the No. 8 seed Memphis Grizzlies and go on a run to end the season, but they responded by getting absolutely destroyed by 36 points. That Zion Williamson versus LeBron James first round matchup would've been cool, but who's excited for Jonas Valanciunas versus JaVale McGee?

Obscure stat lines

Michael Carter-Williams – 25 points, 7 assists, 5 rebounds. MCW acting like it's 2013 again.

Bismack Biyombo – 2 rebounds, 11 blocks. Biyombo hosted a block party in Charlotte but allowed the Lakers centres to combine for 33 rebounds. You win some, you lose some.

You read that wrong – not Kyrie Irving. From Boston, graduated from the University of New Hampshire. Sixth season as a content producer for NBA.com's Global editions. Covering the NBA Draft has become his annual "dream come true" moment on the job. Irving has a soft spot for pass-first point guards, with Rajon Rondo and Steve Nash being two of his favorite players of all time.
