The first week of the NBA season has come to a close with a five-game slate this Monday!

Oklahoma City Thunder 120, Golden State Warriors 92

In a game in which it led by as many as 42 points, OKC earns its first win of the season with a 28-point victory over Golden State, which falls to 0-2 on the season.

Dennis Schroder led the way for the Thunder with an impressive stat line of 22 points, eight rebounds and six assists in 25 minutes off of the bench while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander continues his breakout season with 19 points (on 8-14 shooting) to go along with nine rebounds and four assists.

Memphis Grizzlies 134, Brooklyn Nets 133 (OT)

Portland Trail Blazers 121, Dallas Mavericks 109

The Blazers roar home to pull off a comeback win on the road after trailing by as many as 19 points.

Damian Lillard drained the go-ahead layup with 26.8 seconds remaining to ice the game. He finished with 28 points, while CJ McCollum led the way with 35 points and Rodney Hood 20.

The Blazers successfully challenged a foul call in the dying seconds that would have sent Dallas' Dorian Finney-Smith to the free-throw line, instead, a jump ball was called. 

For the Mavs, their young duo stuffed the stat sheet, with Luka Doncic recording 29 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists, while Kristaps Porzingis added 32 points, nine rebounds and five assists. 

Minnesota Timberwolves 116, Miami Heat 109

Andrew Wiggins took over down the stretch, scoring 16 fourth quarter points to help the Timberwolves move to 3-0 on the season. 

He finished with 25 points and six rebounds on the night, while Karl-Anthony Towns added 23 points and 11 rebounds. 

Los Angeles Lakers 120, Charlotte Hornets 101

Anthony Davis led the way with a massive double-double of 29 points and 14 rebounds but you expect that from him. The biggest takeaway from the Lakers' win was Dwight Howard's double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds shooting a perfect 8-for-8 from the field!
