The Kaohsiung City Challenger is the first-ever 3x3 Challenger event in the city of Kaohsiung (Taiwan).
The event is a qualifier for the Nanjing Masters (set to take place on October 12-13) with the winners and runners-up in this tournament set to earn a spot in the Nanjing leg of the World Tour.
Representing India will be Panaji 3BL, a team consisting of Palpreet Singh Brar, Lalrina Renthlei, Rajan Sharma and Arshdeep Singh.

Panaji 3BL is part of the Qualifying Draw, where six teams will compete in two groups of three for two spots in the Main Draw.
They are grouped in Pool A of the Qualifying Draw alongside teams from Shinagawa (Japan) and Singapore. Here's a look at their schedule in the Qualifying Draw:

They will need to top Pool A to qualify to Pool C of the Main Draw and get pooled alongside teams from Edmonton (Canada) and Pasig Chooks (Philippines).
In case they do qualify, they face Edmonton at 4:30 PM IST and Pasig Chooks at 6:10 PM IST on September 21. All games of the knockout stage of this City Challenger will be played on September 22nd.
All four of the team members are Indian-born athletes that compete in Conference B of 3BL Season 2.
Palpreet represents the Ahmedabad Wingers in Conference B, Lalrina competes from the Lucknow Ligers in Conference B, Rajan Sharma (Round 4 MVP) plays for the Gurugram Masters while Arshdeep Singh dons the Mumbai Heroes jersey.
