The 76ers are looking to advance to the second round when they host the Raptors in Game 5 of the first-round series in the 2022 NBA Playoffs.
Philadelphia wasn't able to complete the sweep in Game 4, but it'll have another opportunity to advance to the second round in Game 5.
In Game 4, Toronto was led by Pascal Siakam, who set a new playoff career-high with 34 points to go along with eight rebounds and five assists. Siakam bounced back in a major way after fizzling out in the second half of Game 3.

As fun as the series has been, injuries continue to be a prevalent theme.
Raptors Rookie of the Year Scottie Barnes returned from an ankle injury in Game 4 but All-Star Fred VanVleet exited before halftime with a left hip strain and did not return.
For the 76ers, MVP candidate Joel Embiid was clearly impacted by a right thumb injury in Game 4, finishing with 21 points on 7-of-16 shooting and committing five turnovers. An MRI revealed that Embiid has a torn ligament in his right thumb, but his availability will not be impacted, per head coach Doc Rivers.
Doc Rivers says Joel Embiid’s MRI confirmed the ligament tear in his right thumb but that nothing changes in terms of Embiid’s availability or treatment.

If Embiid is not himself in Game 5, will it be James Harden, Tobias Harris or Tyrese Maxey to step up for Philadelphia? The Sixers will also benefit from the return of Matisse Thybulle, who was ineligible to play in Toronto.
As the Raptors look to force a Game 6, the 76ers will look to wrap the series on their home floor to move on to the next round.
