Current NBA players and a media panel each accounted for 25 percent of the vote, with those voters completing one full ballot featuring two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference. Players were allowed to vote for their teammates and themselves.

As the leading vote-getters in their respective conferences, LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo will serve as captains in the second-ever NBA All-Star Draft, which will be televised on Friday, Feb. 8. The captains will first choose from the pool of eight starters before selecting from a separate pool of 14 All-Star reserves, who will be named on Friday, Feb. 1.

The 68th NBA All-Star Game will take place on Feb. 18, 2019, at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C.
