What a way to go out!

Dwyane Wade put on his Heat jersey for the final time in Miami and he made sure he went out in style.

After an emotional pre-game ceremony, Wade gave the Heat fans exactly what they came for, pouring in 30 points on 10-23 shooting to lead his squad to a 122-99 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Wade checked into the game in with the fourth quarter alongside Udonis Haslem, the only other player to play on all three of the Heat's champioship teams.

And for the final quarter Wade turned back the clock, scoring 14 of his 30 points in the period, burying four three-pointers as he had the AmericanAirlines Arena rocking.

He checked out for the last time with 1:02 remaining, to a loud ovation from the home crowd, sharing the moment with his teamamtes and family.

Despite the win, the Heat's playoff hopes were squashed with the Detroit Pistons beating the Memphis Grizzlies 100-93, leaving them a game back in the 10th seed, with the Pistons owning the tie-breaker.
