Three-time NBA champion, 13-time All-Star, eight-time All-NBA, three-time All-Defensive Team, a Finals MVP, a scoring title, an All-Rookie selection and an All-Star Game MVP.

It's been a pleasure to watch Dwyane Wade throughout his successful 15-year NBA career, and even though he surely still has something left in the tank, we will say goodbye to him at the end of the 2018-19 season when he officially retires.

As a part of his #OneLastDance farewell tour, the future Hall of Famer has been swapping jerseys with opposing players as a gift from one of the best shooting guards to ever play the game.

From close friends like LeBron James and Chris Paul, to players who idolized him growing up like Donovan Mitchell and Kevin Huerter, there have been a number of jersey swaps that these players will likely remember for the rest of their lives.

Below, in chronological order, you can find every jersey swap between Wade and his companions from this season.

Devin Harris, Dallas Mavericks ft. Luka Doncic and Goran Dragic

The rare double jersey swap was in effect in Miami after the Heat's battle with the Mavericks. Wade gave his jersey to Devin Harris while simultaneously, Luka Doncic swapped jerseys with his hero and Slovenian-native Goran Dragic.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, Milwaukee Bucks

The first of it's kind this season, a three-way jersey swap between the Bucks' All-Stars and D-Wade!

DeMar DeRozan, San Antonio Spurs

Ryan Shazier, Pittsburgh Steelers

Ryan Shazier is a linebacker for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Shazier was the fastest linebacker in the National Football League before suffering a spinal injury in December of 2017. He missed the entire 2018 season and continues to rehab in hopes to some day return to the field.

Wayne Ellington, Detroit Pistons

Kemba Walker, Charlotte Hornets

Kevin Huerter, Atlanta Hawks

This went viral as Wade surprised Huerter when he asked to swap jerseys with the Hawks rookie. Huerter wears the No. 3 in honour of Wade, and when a friend let Wade in on that secret, he blessed Huerter with his jersey.

Chris Paul, Houston Rockets

Paul and Wade have been best friends since Day 1 in the league. This, along with the jersey swap with LeBron, were among the most highly anticipated in Wade's farewell tour.

Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

Ben Simmons, Philadelphia 76ers

Dirk Nowitzki, Dallas Mavericks

As two players who competed at the highest level against each other for so long, it was only right they swapped jerseys in what could also be Nowitzki's final season in the league. Dirk dominated Wade and the Heat in the 2011 NBA Finals on his way to a Finals MVP.

Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors

Frank Mason, Sacramento Kings

Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers

Paul George, Oklahoma City Thunder

Tim Hardaway Jr., New York Knicks

Wade says he remembers when Hardaway Jr. would come to the Heat team facilities when he was a little kid as his father was a two-time All-Star with Miami.

Collin Sexton, Cleveland Cavaliers

Jason Williams, teammate and NBA champion with Miami Heat
