With a jump-hook in the lane midway through the second quarter against the San Antonio Spurs, LeBron James set yet another one-of-a-kind NBA record.
He became the first player in NBA history to score at least 10 points in 1,000 consecutive regular-season games.

James achieved the historic feat in his 1270th career game. What's sure to have made it sweeter, is that 'The King' set the NBA record on his 36th birthday.

He already owns the longest streak in NBA history — surpassing Michael Jordan’s mark of 866 games on March 30, 2018 — and he continues to extend the record every time he takes the court.
The last time LeBron failed to score 10 points in a game was on Jan. 5, 2007, when he had eight points, nine assists and five rebounds as the Cavs beat the Bucks. He has eight single-digit scoring games in his career, with six of them coming in 2003-04 (his rookie season).
