The LA Clippers have added depth to their frontcourt.

The team today announced that it has signed veteran centre Joakim Noah. Per team policy, the terms of the agreement were not released.

Late last week, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, firsr reported that Noah would sign with the Clippers and join the team this week.

Noah, 35, last played with the Memphis Grizzlies during the 2018-19 season. Over 42 games, he posted averages of 7.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists while shooting 51.6% from the field. He recorded two double-doubles, including a 19-point, 14-rebound showing against the New Orleans Pelicans on Feb. 9, 2019.

In late January, Noah took to Instagram to share that he was four months removed from Achilles surgery. Five weeks later, he is set to join the No. 2 team in the Western Conference.

Through 667 career games with the Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks and Grizzlies, Noah has averaged 8.8 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.8 assists, earning All-Star selections in 2013 and 2014. He was also named Defensive Player of the Year in 2014.

The Clippers are back in action on Wednesday, March 11 when they visit the Golden State Warriors.
