The build up to the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) 2024 has already begun, as the season 11 auctions have ended on Friday. As the league entered a new decade, the teams went all out at the auction tables in Mumbai on August 15th and 16th.
Kabaddi's franchise league is India's second most-watched domestic league after the majestic Indian Premier League (IPL). As the players gain stardom and reach new heights, the teams have aimed for glory yet again, by splashing all the money they had in building a foundation for the upcoming season.

Who is the highest-paid player at the Pro Kabaddi League 2024 auction?
Rajasthan's Sachin Tanwar was the highest-paid player at the Pro Kabaddi League season 11 player auction. He made his journey down south from Patna Pirates (his team in PKL season 10), to Tamil Nadu.
The Tamil Thalaivas spent a whopping sum of 2.15 Crores to acquire the star raider's services. The 25-year-old also became the third-highest player, and the fourth-highest acquisition in the PKL history.
