Tottenham vs. Man City lineups, starting 11, confirmed team news, injuries: Haaland back to face Spurs image

Tottenham will look to continue their recent upturn in form when they welcome Manchester City to north London.

It has been a season to forget so far for both teams, but Spurs have beaten City twice already this term and have won their past three matches as Ange Postecoglou's injury crisis eases.

City lost 2-0 at home to Liverpool after being dumped out of the UEFA Champions League by Real Madrid last week and need a positive result to keep their hopes of qualifying for next season's competition on track.

The Sporting News takes a look at the latest team news and confirmed starting lineups for this Premier League match.

Son Heung-min, Rodrigo Bentancur and Kevin Danso recovered from knocks to start the 4-1 win over Ipswich Town. However, club captain Son has to be content with a place on the bench alongside Dejan Kulusevski and Djed Spence.

James Maddison only featured from the bench at Portman Road, but his brace against City earlier in the season might be a factor in Ange Postecoglou finding a spot for him in the starting XI.

Tottenham lineup (4-3-3, right to left): Vicario (GK) — Porro, Gray, Danso, Udogie — Bergvall, Bentancur, Maddison — Johnson, Tel, Odobert

Injured: Romero (hamstring), Van de Ven (hamstring), Solanke (knee), Richarlison (calf), Dragusin (ACL)
