Liverpool may have been denied the Champions League title, but the Reds still have plenty to celebrate after a spectacular 2021/22 campaign.
This season may be more remembered for the almosts than the victories, but on the whole, Liverpool accomplished a lot. Jurgen Klopp's team won the FA Cup and the EFL Cup, reached a third Champions League final in five seaasons, and finished two points back of Manchester City for the Premier League crown.
Liverpool took the field for the maximum number of matches they possibly could this season (excluding possible replays), reaching the final of all three cup competitions the club took part in.
As a result, there are two trophies and a lot of memories the club will celebrate as Liverpool parade through the city on Sunday, May 29.

Parade route through Liverpool for 2021/22 celebration
The 13.5 km (8.39 mile) route will mirror the same path the club took while celebrating the 2019 Champions League victory.
It begins at Allerton Maze in south Liverpool, traveling north on Queens Drive towards Fiveways roundabout and then on to the Rocket flyover. The route will eventually turn west down Rocky Lane towards the waterfront and turn south on The Strand until finishing near Queens Wharf.

What time is the Liverpool parade?
The parade is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. local BST (11:00 a.m. EST in the United States), lasting for a couple of hours.
Liverpool city council says it cannot predict exactly how long the event will last and requests public traffic and business proceedings take this into account.

What has Jurgen Klopp said about the Liverpool parade?
Despite the sting of the Champions League final loss, Liverpool manager Klopp encouraged fans to attend the parade and celebrate the season.
"I told the boys in the dressing room, after we had a bit of time watching the celebrations of Real Madrid, that I feel the pride already," Klopp said after the match on Saturday. "But I saw that I was the only one who felt like this at that moment, so the boys need a bit longer.
"And tomorrow, we will celebrate the season. It's good that we don't have to do that now immediately. But after a night's sleep and maybe another speech from me, the boys will realize how special what they did was. Even if nobody on this planet would understand that we have a parade tomorrow, we still will do it.
"I really hope that everybody who has the chance to get to Liverpool is there tomorrow and celebrates together with us a fantastic season that we all had together."

Despite Liverpool less than 24 hours off its Champions League final defeat, the atmosphere for the parade through LIverpool was electric.
Fans were eager to celebrate the team's accomplishments throughout the season and enjoy remembering victories in the FA Cup and EFL Cup.
Calvin Harris was on hand to DJ the event from atop the bus, and players interacted with fans to celebrate the occasion.
