What is Luka Doncic's injury?
The injury was sustained as the Mavericks superstar attempted to block an Austin Rivers layup. Rivers' body appeared to roll over the ankle of Doncic in the aftermath of the play.

Doncic was his usual dominant self in the win, finishing with 23 points, eight rebounds, 11 assists, two steals and a block across 37 minutes of play.
The win improved Dallas to 9-4 on the season, but since then they've lost three games in a row without Doncic and now sit at 9-7, good for fifth in the Western Conference.
How long will Luka Doncic be out?
Doncic sat out the Mavs' back-to-back against the Phoenix Suns and the first of two meetings against the LA Clippers.
He has been listed as 'questionable' for Tuesday night's game against the Clippers at STAPLES Center.

“I will do everything possible to try to play,” Doncic said. “Obviously, we’ll see before the game.”
Doncic left practice with his knee iced and bandaged after a collision with a teammate. “It’s all right,” Doncic said. “Still painful, but we’ll see how I feel before the game.”
