Gujarat Titans (GT) will face Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the first Qualifier of the Indian Premier League (IPL) this season on Tuesday.

GT and CSK represent the old and new of IPL, with both teams finding success in the competition in their own unique manner. The Titans are the current reigning champions, winning the trophy in their debut season last year, while the Super Kings are the second-most successful franchise in the league having won the competition four times.

Ahead of the two giants' clash, GT skipper Hardik Pandya was full of praise for former India teammate and CSK captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

What did Pandya say about Dhoni?

In a clip shared by GT's official Twitter account, Pandya stated that Dhoni was not only a great friend for him, but someone he considers a brother. He said that he often pulls pranks on the former India captain and also often relaxes with the CSK skipper. The Titans captain said he will always look up to Dhoni, and anyone who hates him is a devil.

"MS Dhoni is my dear friend, dear brother who I do pranks, who I chill, I will always be his fan, you need to be a devil to hate Dhoni".
