All eyes are on India and Australia as they prepare to face one another in the World Test Championship (WTC) Finals in London, England at The Oval from June 7 to June 11.
Apart from the WTC Final, cricket supporters will also be paying attention on how Australia prepare for the Ashes against England from June 16 onwards, with the Aussies looking to win the series for the first time away from home in more than twenty years.
Australian spinner Nathan Lyon however doesn't think all the talk surrounding the Ashes will affect them against India in the WTC final.

'WTC clash with India is our Grand Final': Lyon
Speaking to the Australian Associated Press, Lyon stated that the WTC Final will be the grand finale for the year of cricket that they have played and with the Ashes a new season will begin for Australia. He further added that due to such reasoning, they have been able to prepare well for the clash with India while not distracting themselves with the upcoming series with England.
"Yes, we are playing the Ashes but we've got a big game that we're up for. This (WTC final) is our grand final, and then our season basically starts again. That's probably where we're quite happy with where we're at with our planning. We are able to understand what we've got around the corner, and be OK. It's exciting to be part of the final and the fanfare and stuff around it, it's bloody special," said Lyon.
"I know every Australian fan is looking forward to the Ashes, and so they should be. But they should also be excited about this match," further added the Australian spinner.
