The record was previously held by another Malaysia who had 13 consecutive wins to their name between June 2022 to December 2022.
Among the Test-playing nations, India and Afghanistan jointly hold the record of most consecutive wins as they won 12 matches in a row between November 2021 to February 2022 and February 2018 to September 2019 respectively.
