Which team has reached IPL final most times?

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the team that has reached the most finals in IPL history is five-time champion Chennai Super Kings, who have won half of the 10 finals they have qualified for. Another five-time champion is in second place, as Mumbai Indians have made it to six finals.

MI and CSK are now followed by Kolkata Knight Riders who made it to the IPL 2024 final, the fourth time in their history.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru have reached the final on three occasions on the past and could reach it once again if they manage to beat Rajasthan Royals in the Eliminator and then edge out SRH in the Qualifier 2.
