India's Yashasvi Jaiswal tops the charts for the highest run-scorer in the red-ball format for the calendar year 2024. The young Indian opener has played all six Tests so far this year - one against South Africa, and five against England.
Jaiswal's emergence in the longer format was one of the main reasons for India's success against England in the home leg. The Mumbai-born batter has scored 740 runs in 11 innings, averaging 74, and is the leading run-getter for 2024.
