England speedster James Anderson is reportedly set to retire from international cricket. The veteran has apparently been asked to call it a day. Incidentally, Jimmy Anderson has only played Tests for England since 2015.
The decision reportedly came after England's head coach Brendon McCullum informed Anderson about England's decision to move on from the 41-year-old.
Turning 42 in July, Anderson recently picked his 700th Test wicket, in Dharamshala against India, and is only behind Shane Warne (709) and Muttiah Muralitharan (800) in the all-time highest wicket takers list in Tests.
