KL Rahul is currently training at full throttle at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru as he eyes a comeback to the Indian cricket team ahead of the 2023 ODI World Cup.
Rahul picked up a hamstring injury during an IPL 2023 league stage tie against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) match.
Since that match, Rahul has been out of action and missed the remainder of the season. He was also ruled out of the World Test Championship final against Australia and is not part of the Indian team that is currently in West Indies.

KL Rahul keeping wickets in training
On Tuesday, the star batter shared a video on social media where he was seen batting as well as keeping wickets in the net during training at NCA.
What next for KL Rahul?
Keeping in mind the all-important ODI World Cup in October, KL Rahul may not be rushed to the Indian side in the Asia Cup, which will be held in a hybrid model in Pakistan and Sri Lanka in September.
With Rishabh Pant unlikely to return for the World Cup, Rahul may be used as a wicket-keeper batsman at the flagship competition.
