Arguably the greatest cricketer in the nation's history, Tendulkar is worth approximately $150m, per Times of Sports.

MS Dhoni follows, estimated to have a net worth of $105-115m. The former India skipper is considered one of the best wicketkeeper-batsmen to have played the game.

Is Virat Kohli playing in the IPL?

Whilst Virat Kohli is generally known for his performances in Test and ODI cricket, he has also had an impressive and lengthy T20 career.

He was signed by the Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2008 on a youth contract and has remained with the team ever since.

Kohli has an average of 36.20 across 223 matches, scoring five centuries. He has scored more runs than any other batter in IPL history.
