Former India cricketer Venkatesh Prasad posted the viral 'One corrupt, arrogant guy' tweet again after deleting it on Saturday.
Prasad took to his X (Twitter) account early morning on Sunday and tweeted how only one corrupt guy can ruin the entire system. He had posted a tweet on the similar lines a few days ago but deleted it as he thought it was taken out of context.

Prasad's tweet came in the light of the reserve day announcement of the India versus Pakistan Super Four fixture in the Asia Cup 2023 and the ticketing mess in the ODI World Cup 2023 that is scheduled in India.
"It takes one corrupt, arrogant guy to take away the hardwork of an otherwise non-corrupt organisation and spoil the reputation of an entire organisation & the impact isn't just micro but at a macro level. This is true in every field, be it politics, sports, journalism, corporate," Prasad's latest tweet read.

"It takes one corrupt, arrogant guy to take away the hard work of an organisation that is generally non-corrupt and get a stamp of corruption on the whole leadership, not just on a micro level but at a large level," Prasad deleted this tweet.
Prasad gives explanation behind deleting orginal tweet
When a user on X asked Prasad why he deleted the tweet, he gave an explanation and wrote:
"That was a general tweet where I spoke about how one person who is corrupt can undo a lot of good work of his organisation and it can have large-scale implications on a macro level as well in any field. Since I was also speaking about the inefficiency of the BCCI around tickets in other tweets, it led to confusion and looked out of context. Hence deleted."

Prasad's honest X opinions
The former pacer is known for his no-holds-barred attitude while giving his opinions on X. Not much long ago, he had openly remarked that the Indian team management was favouring KL Rahul over Shubman Gill in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023. Ultimately, KL Rahul was dropped and Gill came in his place in the third Test of the series.
