Earlier, The Guardian had revealed that 10 teams, including India and Pakistan, will play all their opening group-stage matches in the USA, co-hosted with the West Indies as the organizers aim to leverage the large cricket-loving expat communities in America.
England and Australia will exclusively play their group games in the Caribbean. England's matches are expected to be held in popular tourist destinations such as Antigua, Barbados, and St Lucia, while Australia will visit other venues in St Vincent, Guyana, and Trinidad.
In the USA, three venues, Central Broward Park in Florida, Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas, and Eisenhower Park on Long Island, will host the matches.
Additionally, a temporary 34,000-seat stadium will be erected in New York which will likely host the India vs Pakistan marquee clash of the tournament.

India are likely to start their campaign against Ireland on June 5 and play their final round-robin match against Australia on the 24th.
The two semi-finals are scheduled for June 26 & 28 respectively, while the final is slated for June 29. However, it was earlier reported that the title decider could be played on June 30, Sunday.

Which teams have qualified for T20 World Cup 2024?
The top eight teams from the T20 World Cup 2022 - England, Pakistan, India, New Zealand, South Africa, Australia, Sri Lanka and the Netherlands, along with the two host nations, the West Indies and the USA, gained automatic qualification for the 2024 T20 World Cup.
Afghanistan and Bangladesh have also earned a spot as they were the next best-ranked unqualified teams as of November 14, 2022. Eight more sides, Scotland, Ireland, Papua New Guinea, Nepal, Oman, Canada, Namibia and Uganda, have gained entries into the tournament, due to their performance in the regional qualifiers.

The 20 teams that qualified for the 2024 T20 World Cup will be divided into four groups. Each group will have five teams each.
The teams will play each other once and at the end of it, the top two sides from each group will qualify for the next round, known as the Super 8.
