It has been reported that the first batch of Indian players, who will not be a part of the teams that will make it to the IPL 2024 playoffs, will fly to New York on May 21. The second batch of players will leave after the conclusion of IPL 2024, which ends on May 26.
The reason why the Indian cricket team will fly to New York is that the team is slated to play their opening three league matches at the 2024 T20 World Cup at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. India's fourth and final group match, where they will face Canada, will take place at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas.
