Sunrisers Hyderabad have endured a rough time of things in recent seasons in the Indian Premier League, finishing eighth in both of the past two seasons.
The franchise have only won the IPL once since their inception in 2013, taking home the title in 2016.
But for the 2023 season, they've assembled a youthful squad full of potential, captained by newly appointed South Africa T20 skipper Aiden Markram and including explosive talents such as England's Harry Brook, India international pair Washington Sundar and Mayank Agarwal, as well as spin bowler Adil Rashid.
And what about the man in charge? There've been plenty of coaching changes at SRH, so The Sporting News profiles the Sunrisers' situation right here...

Who is Sunrisers Hyderabad head coach?
West Indies batting legend Brian Lara was appointed as head coach of Sunrisers Hyderabad for the 2023 IPL season. He replaces Australian Tom Moody who mutually agreed with the franchise to step down, having been in the post since the end of the 2021 season.
Moody had previously been director of cricket for the Sunrisers but then replaced Trevor Bayliss after a poor 2021 campaign.
"We were small margins away from being in a different position on the table and that could've easily been in the top four," Moody said after Sunrisers ended their 2022 season with another defeat.
The former Aussie Test batter has since been appointed as director of cricket at Desert Vipers, one of the six franchises in the ILT20, based in the United Arab Emirates.
What is Brian Lara's coaching record?
Lara is obviously an all-time legend as a player, boasting the highest individual scores in Test cricket and first-class cricket (400 not out and 501 not out, respectively), but his coaching experience is more limited.
Lara was part of the SRH team management last season under Moody as a strategic advisor and batting coach, but this is the Trinidadian's first spell as head coach of a T20 team.

Who are Sunrisers' other coaches?
Lara will be backed by an all-star cast of coaches for this year's competition. He's got leading Test wicket-taker Muttiah Muralitharan on his staff as spin-bowling and strategic coach, with legendary former South African paceman Dale Steyn as fast bowling coach.
Australian Simon Helmot is the assistant coach, while former India international Hemang Badani is the franchise's fielding coach and scout.
