The Delhi Capitals and Mumbai batter tied the knot in the Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir, where his wife hails from.
Did Sarfaraz Khan post online about getting married?
Sarfaraz first posted the wedding photos from his Instagram account, captioning them "“Alhamdulillah married”.
Axar, Suryakumar Yadav lead congratulations for Sarfaraz
The comments of congratulations on Sarfaraz's post were led by Team India cricketers Axar Patel and Suryakumar Yadav. They are currently in West Indies as part of India's tour to the Caribbean.

Sarfaraz made his domestic debut for Mumbai under SKY's captaincy, while Axar is a teammate of his in the IPL, for Delhi Capitals.
What next for Sarfaraz Khan?
After the wedding celebrations, Sarfaraz took some time out to speak with a local news outlet, as reported by the Hindustan Times.
There has been much talk over the batter's non-selection for the Indian Test team, given his spectacular Ranji Trophy record. As far as he was concerned, however, he said,
"The Almighty had written that I would get married here. In the same way if He has written that I will play for India, I will.”
