Mumbai-born batter Sarfaraz Khan is all set to make his international debut in the third Test match of the ongoing series between India and England in Rajkot, according to the Indian Express.
After averaging over 100 across all formats in domestic cricket, Khan is now all set to make his debut in the longer format.

He had earned his maiden India call-up ahead of the second Test match in Vizag but he failed to make it to the starting lineup as Rajat Patidar earned his first Test cap.

A source told IE that the right-hand batter will finally get his opportunity to represent India in a Test match in third game of the series in Rajkot.

Sarfaraz will be making his debut. As KL has been ruled out for this Test, Sarfaraz will be getting his first game.

Will Dhruv Jurel make his debut in the third Test match?
Along with Sarfaraz, wicket-keeper batter Dhruv Jurel is likely to be in line for his India debut by replacing KS Bharat in the third Test against England, which will be played at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot.
Bharat has been underwhelming since making his India debut, failing to score a single half-century in his seven Tests and 12 innings.

With the series level at 1-1, India and England will take each other on in the third Test in Rajkot from February 15.
