In the 47th over of England's second innings, bowled by Kuldeep Yadav, Ben Foakes took a single on the fourth ball. Tailender Shoaib Bashir was on strike, and all the fielders came in close, with Sarfaraz standing at silly point.

The 26-year-old didn't wear a helmet and was seen trying to convince his skipper, Rohit, to allow him to stand without wearing any protective gear.

However, the stump mic captured Rohit's words. "Oye, hero nahi banne ka (Hey, don't try to be a hero)," Rohit said in a typically hilarious fashion.
