Former Pakistan cricket team captain and star batter Babar Azam was brutally mocked by Multan Sultans fans during a Pakistan Super League clash.
Azam, who plays for Peshawar Zalmi, took on Multan Sultans in a PSL 2024 clash on Friday. During the match, a section of the Multan fans were heard jeering the star batter with rude 'Zimbabar' chants.

The batter looked visually irritated as he angrily screamed at the fans and even tried to throw a water bottle towards the stand.
Peshawar Zalmi eventually won the clash by five runs with Azam scoring 31 runs off 26 balls.

What is the 'Zimbabar' chant?
The term Zimbabar was coined by fans online who mock Babar Azam for performing with the bat only against a minnow like Zimbabwe and other associate nations. The notion goes that the Pakistan star never steps up when he faces tough opposition or tough situations.
