Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) convincingly defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Thursday to give themselves a strong chance of qualifying for the playoff rounds.
Virat Kohli was once again the star of the show with the former RCB and India skipper scoring a knock of 100 runs in 63 balls to guide his side to victory, while in the process equalling Chris Gayle's record of most IPL centuries (6).

Kohli got praise from all four corners, with Pakistan bowler Mohammad Amir one of the many to praise the RCB ace, while also throwing a dig at teammate and the Indian batsman's rival Babar Azam.
What did Amir say about Kohli?
As fierce as India and Pakistan's rivalry, is the debate surrounding who has the best batsman of this generation in Kohli and Babar respectively, with supporters of both players calling them 'king'.
Aamir took to Twitter to heap praise on Kohli after his match-winning century against SRH, in the process throwing a veiled dig at Babar by calling the Indian batsman the only real 'king'.

Did Amir aim a dig at Babar Azam?
There's some tension between Amir and Babar despite the two being national side teammates. During this year's Pakistan Super League (PSL) game between Karachi Kings (KRK) and Peshawar Zalmi (PSZ), a heated incident took place between the two.
Amir who was bowling for PSZ against Babar batting for (KRK) got frustrated after the batsman scored a four off his delivery, in the follow-up ball the bowler was able to produce a dot but immediately responded by throwing the ball in anger towards the batter who swiftly moved out of it's path.

While Babar later played down the incident, seems Amir still clearly remembers and hasn't moved on from it yet.
