Bangladesh captain Litton Das decided to call back New Zealand's Ish Sodhi after the spinner got 'Mankaded' at the non-striker's end by Hasan Mahmud.
After an initial check by the umpire, Sodhi was given out but the Bangladeshi skipper then approached the match official and requested him to reverse his decision as he called back the New Zealand star.

Sodhi was later seen coming back to the ground and hugging Mahmud to bury the hatchet in a sporting manner.

Winning the toss, captain Lockie Ferguson decided to bat first as New Zealand posted a humble total of 254 runs in 49.2 overs. While chasing, Bangladesh lost their first six wickets for just 134 runs.

New Zealand and Bangladesh will play the third and final ODI of the three-match at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on September 26 before heading to India for the World Cup.
