The IPL 2023 season promises to be bigger and better than ever, and tickets for this year's action are hot property.
With the tournament getting underway on March 31, as defending champions the Gujarat Titans face off against the Chennai Super Kings, fans are rushing to get their place in the stands.
The opening fixture will be played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, which is one of 12 venues being used for the IPL 2023.

How to buy IPL 2023 tickets online
As well as queuing up at ticket offices outside each venue, the best place to start for buying IPL 2023 tickets online is via the official website of the 10 franchises.
Most teams opened pre-registration for tickets for their matches, with reports suggesting that the opening match between GT and CSK is heading for a sell-out, with over 100,000 fans set to be in attendance.
As well as team's official websites, many of the franchises also have ticketing partners.
Paytm and Paytm Insider are the official ticketing partners for the Delhi Capitals, Chennai Super Kings, Gujarat Titans, Punjab Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Lucknow Super Giants.
The platforms offer the options for fans to either have their tickets delivered to their door, or to buy in person at offline outlets nearby.
Fans of the Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals can get their tickets via BookMyShow.
Royal Challengers Bangalore tickets are available from the team's official website, while information on Kolkata Knight Riders' tickets is also expected to be announced via the team's website.

How much are IPL 2023 ticket prices?
Ticket prices for the IPL 2023 action vary depending on the match, where you sit in the stadium and the teams involved.
Defending champions Gujarat Titans ticket prices start from INR 400-800, while Lucknow Super Giants have offered selected tickets for their opening game to children and club members starting from INR 499.
Rajasthan Royals tickets have only been made available so far for their opening fixtures, with prices starting from INR 1,000.
Mumbai Indians' opening home match against Chennai Super Kings has already sold out, but other matches are available with tickets starting from INR 900.
Royal Challengers Bangalore fans will have to pay around INR 2,310 for home games, and Delhi Capitals tickets start at INR 850 onwards.
Punjab Kings tickets for their opening fixtures against Kolkata Knight Riders and Gujarat Titans start at INR 950.
Sunrisers Hyderabad offered a minimum price ticket of INR 499, with Kolkata Knight Riders fans expected to pay around INR 750.
