What is the prize for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024?
The team that lifts the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 trophy will walk away with a massive $2.34 million, which is 134% more than the $1 million that Australia, the reigning champions, received in 2023.
The second-place finishers will also enjoy a considerable boost, with their prize money doubled to $1.17 million, up from $500,000.
Meanwhile, both semi-finalists will receive $675,000 each, over three times what was offered in the previous edition.

How will teams finishing in other positions be rewarded?
In addition to the top prizes, the ICC will reward teams finishing fifth to eighth with $270,000 each, while teams ranked ninth and tenth will take home $135,000.
Even teams that don't make it past the group stage won't leave empty-handed. For each group stage win, teams will receive $31,154 — a 78% increase from last year’s prize.
Teams exiting after the group stages will still collect a base prize of $112,500, which means that all participants gain financial support, regardless of their performance.
