Mumbai Indians (MI) are the most successful franchise in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) having won the trophy 5 times, more than any other side in the competition.
This season, the Indians finished fourth in the league standings, qualifying with a win in their last game to bounce back from a dismal start to the campaign. In 14 games, they have collected 16 points, beating Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to the final playoff spot by two points.
MI have shown this season that they can bounce back from any situation, to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. Their ability to come back to win from tough situations shows why they're the most successful team in IPL and will help them in their efforts to win the competition again this year.
