The 16th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is coming to a close, with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Gujarat Titans (GT) set to take each other on in the Final to decide who will be crowned this year's champion.

All eyes will be on the World Test Championship (WTC) Final between India and Australia which is set to take place at the Kia Oval in London, United Kingdom, from June 7 to June 11.

Here's everything you need to know about India's preparation for the WTC Final.

When are India's players travelling for the WTC Final?

The first batch of Indian players travelled to England along with some of India's coaching staff reached London on May 24 to begin their preparations for the WTC Final. The second batch of Indian cricketers left for England on May 28, with the final bunch of players such as GT's Shubman Gill and Mohammed Shami leaving on May 30 after the IPL concludes.

Where is Team India practising for the WTC Final?

The batch of players who are currently in London were seen preparing for the WTC Final at an unknown county group, sporting the new Adidas training kits.

Will India play any warmup games before the WTC Final?

India will not play any warmup matches before facing Australia on June 7, instead, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided that the team will have intrasquad games to help them prepare for the fixture.

No warmup games have been planned due to India only having a full squad by June 1 which will leave it too late before they face the Aussies.
