Hardik Pandya was in the news during the IPL off-season when he announced his homecoming to Mumbai Indians. The Indian vice-captain made a major switch of teams, moving from Gujarat Titans to Mumbai Indians

Pandya has played for two teams in the Indian Premier League. He started his IPL career with the Mumbai Indians when he was picked up ahead of the IPL 2015.
