In-form Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis hit yet another half-century as he scored an unbeaten 79 runs off 46 deliveries and powered his team to a total of 212 for the loss of two wickets batting first.
The former South African international played a well-paced inning which included five sixes and five fours. One of those sixes was 115m long one which came off Ravi Bishnoi's delivery in the 15th over of the match.

Du Plessis was well supported by Virat Kohli who got RCB off to a flying start. The former captain scored 61 off 44 balls before Amit Mishra picked his wicket. Later Glenn Maxwell scored 59 off 29 balls which helped the team go past the 200-mark run.
