Mohammad Shami, while being on the podcast, revealed that none of Rohit Sharma or Virat Kohli want to face him in the net sessions.
"Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli do not like facing me in the nets. I have heard in quite a few interviews, but they do not like facing me during net sessions. Rohit says upfront, that 'I am not facing you'. Even Virat gets provoked when dismissed twice," Shami joked about his encounters with Rohit and Virat in the nets.

Mohammad Shami also revealed about his competitive bond with Virat Kohli. The West Bengal pacer spoke about how Kohli always wants to hit Shami to the boundaries, while he aims to knock the batter down.
I and Virat always challenge each other. He likes playing silky shots, while I always aim to get him out during the nets. The bonding and friendship is very evident. It takes effort and focus to get your friends out in the nets, Shami spoke highly of his bond with Virat Kohli.
