Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma turned out to be the star of the show in the final of The Hundred Women's competition 2024. Representing London Spirit, Deepti hit the winning runs to hand her team the coveted title. 

London Spirit competed against Welsh Fire in the final of The Hundred Women's competition. In an attempt at their maiden title, the London-based outfit beat the Welsh side, courtesy of a last-over thriller at the iconic Lord's Stadium.

After finishing 1/23 in her 20-ball quota with the ball, the Indian all-rounder added valuable runs on the board, while also hitting the tournament-winning runs for London Spirit at The Hundred Women 2024 final.

Deepti Sharma scored a run-a-ball 16 in the final of the competition, to help her side secure their first title. Chasing 116, Spirit found themselves 56-3 in 56 balls. With three runs needed in the final four balls, Deepti proved her mettle by sending one over the ropes.
