The Indian cricket team has reconvened in Rajkot for the upcoming third Test against England. Scheduled to commence on February 15 at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, this match holds significant importance for both sides in the ongoing series.

As reported by India Today, the players of Team India are accommodated in Rajkot's Sayaji Hotel until February 19. Notably, India's captain Rohit Sharma and wicketkeeper-batsman KL Rahul have been allocated luxurious Royal Heritage-themed suites, with Rohit enjoying a presidential suite.

Urvesh Purohit, the hotel director, disclosed the special culinary arrangements made for the players. The menu boasts a delectable array of Gujarati and Kathiyawadi delicacies, including Fafda-Jalebi, Khakhra, Gathiya, Thepla, and Khman for breakfast, while dinner will feature Kathiyawadi specialties such as Dahi Tikari, Vagherela Rotlo, and Khichdi Kadhi.

Purohit noted the players' fondness for Kathiyawadi cuisine, with KL Rahul, Hardik Pandya, and even the legendary Mahendra Singh Dhoni expressing particular delight in dishes like Khichdi Kadhi.

With the Test series currently tied at 1-1, both India and England are eager to secure victory in the upcoming match and gain an advantage in the series. England, aiming to break India's unbeaten streak in Test series at home, seeks to replicate the feat achieved by Alastair Cook's team in 2012/13.
