The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will take on the Delhi Capitals (DC) on Wednesday in a game that could be much closer than the IPL points table might suggest.
CSK sit second at present, but they have struggled in recent times, only managing two wins from their last five outings.
Delhi are dead last, but while they have only won four games this season, all those victories have come in their last five outings, making them one of the most in-form teams in the tournament.

CSK have been less dominant in recent weeks than their early-season form might have suggested would be the case and while victory in their most recent game against Mumbai Indians got them back on track, that came after a no-result against Lucknow Super Giants and defeats to the Rajasthan Royals and the Punjab Kings.
The Capitals, on the other hand, have looked much better in recent fixtures and are chasing a third straight win, after beating Royal Challengers Bangalore and claiming a shock win against league-leading Gujarat Titans.

Delhi are not without their own problems, with Rishabh Pant ruled out before the IPL began and also Kamlesh Nagarkoti not playing for the Capitals.
