The updated schedule for the ODI series between India and Afghanistan was confirmed by Jay Shah, secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

The series has been postponed by mutual consent of the ACB and BCCI from its scheduled June 2023 start date.

The three-match ODI series, which was originally scheduled to run from June 23 to June 30, will now take place in January 2024, Jay Shah stated on Friday, following the Apex Council meeting in Mumbai.
