Babar Azam continues to pile on the runs in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) as the former Pakistan captain notched up another hundred in the ongoing PSL 2024.
Babar represents Peshawar Zalmi in PSL, who locked horns against Islamabad United on Monday, February 26, at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

After batting first, Peshawar Zalmi ended their 20 overs with a score of 201-5. Babar, who captains Zalmi, led from the front and scored an unbeaten 111 runs off 63 balls as an opener.
The 29-year-old pressed the foot against the accelerator and switched to fifth gear, scoring 59 runs in his last 21 balls as his team added 76 runs in the last five overs to cross the 200-run mark.

How many hundreds has Babar Azam scored in PSL?
Babar's century against Islamabad United was his second century in PSL.
His first century came in PSL 2023, when he scored 115 off 65 balls against Quetta Gladiators in Rawalpindi.
The Zalmi skipper has now become the player with the joint second-most centuries in PSL history. Former Pakistan wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal leads the list with three centuries to his name.
