All-rounder Mitchell Marsh has earned a surprise recall to the Australian men's Test squad ahead of the World Test Championship final and Ashes.
Marsh joins Marcus Harris and Josh Inglis, who also earned recalls having missed out on the India series.
Ashton Agar, Peter Handscomb, Mitchell Swepson and Matt Kuhnemann, who featured in India, have been left out of the 17-man squad for the tour to England, while Lance Morris is unavailable through injury.

The World Test Championship final against India gets underway at The Oval on June 7, while the first Ashes Test is set for Edgbaston on June 16.
Chairman of selectors George Bailey said changes could be made to the squad following the second Ashes Test.
“The World Test Championship is the culmination of more than two years of consistent performance at Test level by the team and the individuals involved, leading into an Ashes series which is always highly anticipated," Bailey said.
“The UK is a very different assignment from our most recent tour of India and some of the changes are based upon the conditions we are anticipating.
“Marcus, Josh and Mitch return to the squad and provide valuable depth and flexibility within their respective skillsets.
“We see value in revisiting the squad following the second Ashes Test given the short turnaround between the WTC final and the first Ashes Test, along with the length of the tour.”
There has been significant discussion around opening batter David Warner's place in the squad given his previous struggles in England.
The 36-year-old has been included, although Harris and Matt Renshaw are also providing competition for the opening spot alongside Usman Khawaja.
Seamer Michael Neser has been a near mainstay of the squad for several seasons, although he couldn't find his way into the 17, with captain Pat Cummins, Scott Boland, Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Starc, and all-rounders Marsh and Cameron Green, getting the nod on that front.
Todd Murphy joins Nathan Lyon as the only two spinners named.
A 15-man squad for the WTC final is set to be named on May 28.
