The Andhra Premier League 2024 is a professional, domestic T20 tournament, conducted by the Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) annually, usually in the month of June and July.
Andhra Pradesh is one of the many states to start its own domestic league. The Andhra Premier League (APL). This is the third edition of the tournament, whose main vision is to provide an opportunity for the local Andhra cricketers to showcase their talent on a national platform.
This year's edition started on Sunday, June 30, and will end on Saturday, July 13. A total of six teams will compete in the tournament. Each team will face the other five teams once in a league format, followed by the playoffs. A total of 19 matches will be played in the tournament, all at Visakhapatnam.

How many teams will participate in the Andhra Premier League 2024?
The Andhra Premier League 2024 will be contested between six teams, as follows:
- Vizag Warriors
- Rayalaseema Kings
- Coastal Riders
- Bezawada Tigers
- Uttarandhra Lions
- Godavari Titans
What is the format of the Andhra Premier League 2024?
The 11-day tournament will have a round-robin format. All six teams in the APL 2024 will face each other once in the league stage. The league stage will be played over 15 matches. The top four teams at the end of the league stage will progress to the playoff rounds, similar to that in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The top two teams will play in the Qualifier 1. The winner of the Qualifier 1 will get the direct entry to the APL 2024 Final. The loser will get another opportunity to qualify via Qualifier 2, when they face the winner of the Eliminator match.
The Eliminator will be contested between the third and fourth-placed teams. The winner of the Eliminator will lock horns against loser of the Qualifier 1, in the Qualifier 2. The winners of Qualifier 1 and 2, will then fight for the ultimate glory in APL 2024 Final.

What time will the matches start at Andhra Premier League 2024?
The matches of the Andhra Premier League 2024 will be played as double-headers. The afternoon game will begin at 14:00 hours or 2 PM IST. The evening games of the double-headers will start at 18:00 hours or 6 PM IST.
The Eliminator and Qualifier 1 matches will be played as double-headers too.
Only the Qualifier 2 and the Final matches will be played on separate days, in which case the matches will start at 6 PM IST.
