Brooklyn Nets' Caris LeVert suffers serious leg injury against Timberwolves image

Brooklyn Nets forward Caris Levert was stretchered off the court Tuesday after suffering a gruesome leg injury against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The injury occured seconds before halftime, with LeVert landing awkwardly after attempting a block on Timberwolves' rookie Josh Okogie.


Players from both teams were shaken by the incident, with LeVert visibly distressed as he was wheeled off the court.

LeVert was enjoying a breakout season for the Nets, averaging career-highs in points (19), rebounds (4.2), steals (1.3) and minutes (30.8).
