The world's oldest badminton tournament, the All England Open, kicked off on Tuesday at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham, England. A total of 10 Indian entrants across the singles and doubles categories will be in action over the next one week.

While all eyes are on men's doubles pair Satwiksairaj Rankireddy & Chirag Shetty after their victorious campaign at the French Open, PV Sindhu remains India's leader in the women's singles tournament. After a lean 2023, Sindhu will be looking to bounce back strongly this year.
She won her opening match against Germany's Yvonne Li, after Li retired with injury prior to the second game. However, Sindhu lost her round of 16 matchup against the tournament's top seed, South Korea's An Se Young, on Thursday to crash out of the competition.
